Financial Sales Rep did not go over in depth the details of the transaction being completed and ended up charging me additional taxes nearly 4 months later due to their own clerical errors. What should have be financed with the initial loan now is being charged to me upfront in a very inconvenient manner. Very unfortunate to put the customer through this hassle.

If you are ignorant or buying new, this place may seem like a wonderland of people trying to help you have a beautiful life! But, if you work for your money, this is a 'no haggle' dealership with technicians who hate their jobs and salesman who say they don't make commission! If you buy a vehicle from them, be prepared to pay a couple grand more than it's worth, be prepared to have useless, overpriced warranties pushed, and be prepared to take it to another dealership to actually be serviced.
