If you are considering this agency, please don't. Their caregivers either just don't show up or don't show up on time. The agency also does not call you in advance to tell you they have no one to cover your family member, so you are left stranded.
They wasted my time and gathered unnecessary information. They brought 6 people to my house on the first visit then told me they don't have staff. SMH
We have been through several aids who were not reliable and/or just didn’t show up. I’m not sure how they expect family members to maintain a job and their own lives if they can’t hold up their contract and delivery the care they are being paid for. No call from the office or the aids in regards to staff changes. Proper care was not given- bathing, feeding or simply straightening up. The aids did not communicate well with the office and trying to get answers from the office was like pulling teeth. I highly do NOT recommend! ... read more
