Dr. Carson helped me immensely with my lower back pain. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is struggling with pain. I put up with my back pain for way longer than I needed to. I wish I would have went to him earlier vs. sitting there in misery hoping my pain would go away. He taught me core strengthening exercises that helped me over the long haul as well as the immediate adjustments that he made. 5 stars!!!

For over 5 years now, I have been seeing Drs Carson and Natalie Muth. Both of them are amazing - kind and professional and friendly. Dr. Natalie has adjusted both of my younger daughters and myself. Both Drs have taught me stretches and exercises that make life much better for me, and have reduced the number of visits to their office.
Plains Chiropractic is the BEST in GF! Doctors Natalie & Carson are knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate & patient! I highly recommend them for every member of your family, from newborn babies and toddlers all the way to adults!
Absolutely love Plains Chiropractic! Dr. Natalie did wonders for me while pregnant, and now sees both my infant daughter and I! Love the staff and really do an excellent job!
