RecommendedI have been to many chiropractors over the years but Plains Chiropractic was the first to not just treat the ailment, but look at the root of the problem! I previously would see a chiropractor 3 times a week and never felt "better". It was night and day from my first appointment at Plains. Now the only time I go in is when I slept wrong or used an improper technique.

Best team of chiropractors I’ve been to. They helped me recover from my back and knee injuries and are always willing to squeeze me in when I over do my workouts!
I highly recommend Plains Chiropractic and Acupuncture because of how thorough and professional they are. My husband gets wonderful care and Dr Natalie is amazing with my daughter. My daughter enjoys seeing Dr Natalie and always leaves with a smile on her face, and feeling much better.
My 2.5 year old was still waking up a few times throughout the night. I was becoming one frustrated mama. After just ONE adjustment, that night he slept 12 hours and didn’t wake up once! This was no coincidence, as he has never done that before! He also appears so much happier and relaxed! Thank you Natalie! You are a true lifesaver!
Dr’s Carson and Natalie Muth are awesome and very customer focused. They are flexible with scheduling and make time to get you in “when you really need them”. They take their time with you, make sure all your questions are answered and give you helpful ways to assist with your “ailments” after your office visit. They are also passionate and supportive of the community in which they live and run their business!! Glad to have them in Grand Forks!!
Carson and Natalie are awesome in all ways. Carson's works on me and Natalie with my son. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And their secretary is AMAZING , making questions, scheduling etc...super easy!
