When I first went there everyone was nice and friendly. Now that's not the case anymore, so let me just say it has really sucked not having my suburban. I will never be buying wheels and tires from discount tire in Plainfield or any other DT location for that matter. Lug nuts do not just fall off, so you all did not do your jobs correctly and screwed mine up. I don't care how many miles I have driven since I had them put on, they should not fall off. I got my tires at discount tires in Noblesville I was shopping with my mom in Plainfield and came out to find a completely flat tire. Even though it was 6 o'clock Saturday and they closed at five they helped me anyway they fixed my tire and I was able to make the hour trip back home. Many many thanks I know they were probably anxious to get home and I so appreciate them helping me after hours.
