RecommendedThe Plainfield In store is a class act!!I had a broken belt in a tire today. I was a walk-in @ 8:40am. The salesman assessed the damage and went to work. He sent a runner to get tires from another store. He got me a refund for the damaged tire. In under a couple of hours. My truck had new tires and I was out the door! I felt their was a sense of urgency and care for me. During the whole process!
Had to get a tire repaired. Staff was super friendly and got me back out within an hour!
Awful service, poor communication, rude staff
Literally the best customer service I have ever had anywhere. So helpful and caring. The people there look like they love their job and care.
