It seems that almost every pizzeria now is using the traditional wood-fired, Neapolitan style of making pies, and this one is no exception. Guests have their choice of white or red pizza; some of the 'bianche' include the 'Quattro Formaggi' (four cheese), the Primavera with asparagus, English Pea, speck (bacon) and egg or the popular 'Mais', which is a masterpiece of raw Prosciutto, sweet corn, crème frâiche and garlic. Locale Boulder rocks! The service is great. The food is amazing. Bobby Stuckey has some fabulous wines on the menu to pair with anything you chose to eat. It is kind of a fancy pizza restaurant, but the staff treats you with the best service even if you are a smelly runner just done with a hard training day, like me.
Damn fine pizza. Yummy nibbles. Awesome staff. #addicted
This is an awesome place we had discovered it through the show Hell’s Kitchen! The waiter we had was super friendly and helped us decide the food since it was our first time everything is in Italian but the food and pizza and dessert were amazing. Everything tasted great ! We will definitely keep coming back !
Butterscotch pudding was worth the flight from lax. ;)
A crap load of money for an uninspired pie. A salad the size of my fist was $14. Hipsters have gone off the deep end for paying these prices just to be cool.
