It seems that almost every pizzeria now is using the traditional wood-fired, Neapolitan style of making pies, and this one is no exception. Guests have their choice of white or red pizza; some of the 'bianche' include the 'Quattro Formaggi' (four cheese), the Primavera with asparagus, English Pea, speck (bacon) and egg or the popular 'Mais', which is a masterpiece of raw Prosciutto, sweet corn, crème frâiche and garlic.
