It seems that almost every pizzeria now is using the traditional wood-fired, Neapolitan style of making pies, and this one is no exception. Guests have their choice of white or red pizza; some of the 'bianche' include the 'Quattro Formaggi' (four cheese), the Primavera with asparagus, English Pea, speck (bacon) and egg or the popular 'Mais', which is a masterpiece of raw Prosciutto, sweet corn, crème frâiche and garlic. Don't eat here! I can't stand big-corporate bullying. Backed by the $$$ of Chipotle, these guys push around small business owners but why? If you legitimately confuse the word pizzeria with the last name of hard-working entrepreneur Piazza, you should be in grade school, not in business.
