I used to love Pizza Hut but Newton's became a nightmare for a long time so I stopped ordering. I had heard things improved so I tried ordering from them again tonight. The pizza was ok but our cheese sticks were so burnt you couldnt even recognize it was supposed to be cheese on top. The biggest reason I had stopped ordering was I always got burnt food. Was hoping that wouldnt be happening anymore but it is.
On a Thursday night I pre-ordered and pre-paid for 8 pizzas to be ready the next day at 11:30 am for my son's birthday pizza party at school.I show up Friday and told they are not ready. They were working on an order of 300 pizzas for a school that took priority over any other orders. The girl was unapologetic and shrugged her shoulders. No one caused me to let me know either. The service at this location is a complete joke! I called in a pizza order at 10 am this morning for lunch around noon! They told me they’d deliver it about 1145, which I said was fine! 1145 came and went, no pizza, noon, no pizza, I call them at 1205 pm and they claim it’s on its way! 1215 I call back again, get put on hold then hung up on! I ordered at 5:50 and it’s now 7:43 and still nothing I’ve called 3 times already and they just keep saying it will be there soon!! This is ridiculous!! Very disappointed. Updated: its 8:33pm and still no pizza! Ended up ordering from papa Johns and already got it and enjoy some delicious 🍕
Need brake work? Go here! Was told by a chain store that my car needed new brake pads and was quoted $250 for the job. I found Brake City on Google Maps and got a second opinion. The brakes did need to be changed... but it cost me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS LESS!!! On top of that, the staff is very friendly and personable.
