Placed an online order at 12:32 pm. I called them at 1:40pm to ask about my order and was told it was out for delivery. I did not receive my order till 3:00pm! After complaining to the driver about waiting for 2hrs and 30 mins he says “Well if the other driver would’ve came to work then your pizza wouldn’t have been so late.” The food was cold and nasty! My cheese bread was stuck to the box smh.
I am disappointed in pizza hut! picked up a stuffed crust with parmesan crust, got a regular stuffed crust instead. said something about it and was given some lame excuse how it baked into the inside of the crust...um no. I know what it is supposed to look like as this is what I usually order. definitely didnt get what I ordered!!!
RecommendedI work here so it might be weird for me to say but I really like all the food here and all the people I work with are really good at there job so I'm sorry for the people that got bad orders or long waits because we try our best here and our boss gets on our butts about having good service so once again I am so sorry for the people that got bad orders or long waits
poor management lack of Cleanliness
They are always late with the food and paying nearly 30 dollars for pizza and sticks this is ridiculous !
We ordered for dinner since my daughter insisted of having pizza night. We each had a piece so 30 min later my husband decides to grab another piece, once chewing it he felt a hard piece in his mouth. As he took it out his mouth to see what it was we realized it was a finger nail. How nasty is that! My 2 yr old ate from that pizza! I mean he could have ate it and we would have never even noticed it. Am not sure what to think anymore. Just be careful people.
They have completely gone down hill. Our pizza was super thin and we order hand tossed and there was hardly any sauce. Very disappointing ☹️
i ordered online, the sriver shows up with the wrong order. says to call the store. i call the store and they tell me to call the manager in the morning. how is that going to solve the problem tonight? Total disrespect for the customer.
