Just picked up pizza. Totally burnt
Ordered one pizza today. $25 and it arrives like this. Did they carry it sideways?
you could answer your phone, since I ordered food for delivery at 11:45.....your driver took the order back to the store.....I've been trying to call for over 90 minutes. I have been transferred to your stupid main line more than 12 times, and it rings then disconnects because nobody answers. I got a general manager and he told me complaints are handled "in house"....and transferred me to a line that rang and then disconnected. They wasted all that money in remodeling the Pizza Hut in south gate in Fort Wayne in now it's not a place I would take my family to eat out . The seat are hard ,there is no more customer service it's like a Walmart self service line . They could have made a one room shack and passed the pizza out a window and saved the hundreds of thousands of dollars they spent on the remodel. I'm very dissatisfied with this store and I hope they don't do another store like this !!! 😡😡😡😡
After my fourth trip to the buffet they finally had something besides cheese pizza on there. On my fifth trip up to the buffet I had to go get my own refill. Dirty plates everywhere. Watching other customers have to remind employees but they have not got to order their pizzas yet
Working here was just garbage! Nobody will say anything to you and if you did they look at you weird and be so rude not to mention one of the mangers asked me to break one of the policies!
worst location ever!!!!! horrible food phone rings non stop blareing while your trying to eat i dont know why cause food is trash was horribly messy and service took forever even though we were one of two tables in the restaurant i dont even know why i stopped because the last couple pizzas here were gross 2 cant deliver to my house even though i only live 5 miles away however i will never go back or eat the disgusting stuff they pass off as food this store is so messed up that they need a district manager to come fix it or ... read more
