Needs better customer service. Everyone is hanging out in the back and when you use the drive thru, they take more then 10 minutes to help and everyone is standing around and laughing. Very disappointed in my past two orders I got from here.
I haven't had any bad experience @ Pizza Hut. There was a couple of times when my order was messed up, their mistake paid for our meal.
Gees. The service at Pizza Hut was exceptionally horrible tonight. After screwing up our order and making the wrong pizzas, we were offered a medium pizza of the right kind if we would take the two already cooked. We agreed. They then took the two already made pizzas back, withdrew the offer they made of another pizza, then made us set for another half hour while they remade the pizzas. We had to REPEATEDLY ask (practically beg) for drink refills. Next time we'll all go to Thatza Pizza. Should have gone there to begin with. ... read more
Wonderful Cutomer Service! Food was also delicious and was brought to us fast💕
Service was Awsome.. pizza and hot wings.. delicious.. the cold Cherry Pepsi and hot pizza .. waitress refills BEFORE our cups were empty.. Wwhhhooo.. and was busy.. on the ball.. I understand sometimes they don't get orders right all the time.. walk in there shoes for an hour.. deal with hundreds of personalitys.. some good some awful and demanding... then you can comment.. my complements to management and cooks... mainly wait staff.. well done 5 stars
No la recomiendo por q un lugar como este tiene q tener canvio y no hay un anuncio q diga q lleve canvio o q billetes reciben si de 20 o como y no querían venderme y pedí hablar con él manager y estaba en la otra caja y me dice q no avía canvio como usted me dice eso y mis niños sentados ya tomando soda y no me quería vender por no aver canvio era flojera del manager q solo se agacho a quitar llave de una caja y me dio canvio y luego llego a la mesa a tirar los platos y la pizza por eso no recomiendo
