They were extremely busy, but my food was available on time. The gentleman (assume it was the manager) was working very hard to get orders out while being pleasant to his staff and customers. Kudos to him for keeping his cool during a busy rush.
Very delicious food. My pizza was made exactly how I like it, and my kids love their breadsticks too. Staff is very pleasant and helpful if I have questions or inquiring about deals. Been eating here for years with never any issues. Glad they are opened back up at full hours. Give them a chance and you'll be happy! I've ordered with door dash a few times to recieve food, and any issues I've had with food being late or cold has always been a doordash issue, after discussing with pizza hut. Placed an online order but never received an email confirmation. I called the store to verify and a recording says they were closed.
I ordered here today because my car is in the shop, my food was over an hour late and not very hot at all. The manager called me, told me that there was some kind of glitch in the system and that my order just showed up. 10 minutes later I have my food. My food was made long before he called me. The pizza was stuck to the box like it had sat on top of the pizza oven. Didn't offer any discounts on future orders or anything. I'm just supposed to accept that my food was over an hour late? !! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY !! Ordered a pizza online at 8pm, received notifications stating order confirmed, order prepared, order would arrive by 9:02pm. Then nothing. I waited for TWO HOURS (on a sunday night) only to find out by notification that I would be waiting for a Door Dash driver to deliver it.
