I placed an online order for the ultimate hut bundle and chicken Alfredo on line for pick up. Once I came to pick it up the worker told me to pull down to wait on my wings. I’m sitting in the car waiting and I notice that time has been passing me by so I walk inside the store to check on my order and she gave my order to the wrong customer! The service was completely awful you called your order in they hang the phone up you called back and go to pick your order up and they have no recollection of the order been place then they tell you its at another store
This location was great when it first opened now they hire anyone.. I did a pick up order but I had to wait 30 minutes and I still had to come back in because the Cashier didn’t give me all of my items .. so just go to another location because this one sucks.
Literally asked them to cook our pizzas 1.5xs. And this is how they where delivered. The chicken and garlic sticks were amazing! But that pizza. Yall can keep it like what the fudge
I had to wait 20 mins for an order that was placed online. They messed up my pizza twice and the man who was making the pizza was not wearing gloves. The cashier was on her phone while customers waited
