This is the worst pizza hut we have ever dealt with. You dropped our pizza on the floor made my husband wait in the car for 30 minutes and then you forgot to give him his pizza so he had drive back around. And we will also have cold wings. If this is your work ethic you're in trouble for the long run. And this isnt the first time we have stupid things happen and no repect. Shut it down or get people who care.
I don't understand why they can't get orders right ever or be on time I ordered my pizza at 520 and still waiting and it's 640 wtf and wen we called they can't do anything about it wat shitty service not happy at all
You guys need different employees. They always mess something up, not once have you made a correct order �� you guys don't even deserve a star �� but it's the lowest I could go on here
So done with these morons, owner hasn't got a clue. look at menu, cool specials, decide to order, log in and select location, specials not offered by greedy money hungry dip$&!% owner. Owner needs to get a clue, people in a small town deserve the same deals as people in Wichita. Don't bother trying to order a cheese lovers pizza either, no such thing in Newton Ks. Oh yeah one more thing, lunch buffet makes CiCi's seem upscale!
Fourth time ordering delivery in a row that SOME part is missing. Horrible food, it's cold and nasty, a waste of my money and the manager obviously doesn't know how to run this business. AND after waiting almost an hour, we finally got the rest of the order.. Never again. Way to go Newton. That's why it's Wichita for eating out.
It's sad really to see that place fall so far. I understand that making money is a priority for any business, but at the expense of what? So little cheese that even ordering extra does not seem to put enough on it. Cheese sticks with burnt cheese that look terrible. It's sad that little Ceasars now has a better product than you, and at half the price. Lost my business after being a loyal customer for many years.
I am hoping a manager sees this....I ordered three med. Pizzas and filled out the easy way to pay using Visa and with me doing this I was to get 50% off my pizza order. The delivery person brought me my pizzas but told me he knew nothing about getting 50% off. I just checked the web and yes they have that I filled it out!!!!! Now where is my $22.23 that you owe me!!!! Ticks me off why fill out that out if you are just BS ing........
We just tried to order $40-$50 worth in pizza for delivery and was told that they couldnt break a $100, giving us not even $50 back... The amount we were gonna spend went to Papa johns since they can break a $100 bill. Totally lost our service for future pizza... have had other problems with them not accepting chamber of commerce gift certificates too.... bad ownership.
