Really good Pizza 🍕 one the my favorite
I am disappointed in pizza hut! picked up a stuffed crust with parmesan crust, got a regular stuffed crust instead. said something about it and was given some lame excuse how it baked into the inside of the crust...um no. I know what it is supposed to look like as this is what I usually order. definitely didnt get what I ordered!!!
I used to love Pizza Hut but Newton's became a nightmare for a long time so I stopped ordering. I had heard things improved so I tried ordering from them again tonight. The pizza was ok but our cheese sticks were so burnt you couldnt even recognize it was supposed to be cheese on top. The biggest reason I had stopped ordering was I always got burnt food. Was hoping that wouldnt be happening anymore but it is.

I have been rather impressed with Newtons Pizza hut since it got new management....until today... I ordered a medium cheese and beef pizza, light sauce. and it got delivered with no sauce and over cooked to the point of me not eating it. i prefer pizza hut over any others around here, but after today I don't know if I will order again. I can't even eat the pizza

We've been on fence with Pizza Hut as we know they've been trying to do better and noticed improvements. Today, however, I'm not sure we'll go back. I got a salad and was half way through and found a fingernail (a fake painted one) in the bite I took. I'm pretty sure it was in the salad mixture as there wasn't many salad toppings to choose from. I let them know but nothing was done about it (salad stayed unchanged) and we were still charged for the salad.
We ordered a taco pizza. Last time they brought us marinara sauce. Who eats marinara sauce on their taco pizza? So this time I was sure to ask for picanta sauce and they brought 1 for a large pizza.
I tried to give this place another shot since I had heard so many good things. Never again. Considering there were only two tables occupied inside, I don’t get how my pizza made it to the wrong table and with the wrong crust, along with other ignored things at our table. Our waitress was very nice, but overall customer service wasn’t so great.
