Pizza Hut in Newton Kansas was excellent. Great food good atmosphere and the waitress was spectacular. I think her name was joy if I remember right, beautiful smile and always made sure our drinks were full and we had everything we needed. Next time I’m in Newton Kansas I will definitely be back
I ordered a pizza last night online. I got a text saying that it left the building at 7:18. I didn't get the pizza till 8 p.m. By the time I got it it was cold. I am so tired of calling Pizza Hut and getting cold f****** Pizza. When I can call Papa John's and get a pizza within 30 minutes and it's piping hot. Pizza Hut has lost my business!!!

This place is a damn joke I ordered at 639pm and when I picked it up a 720pm they were missing a pizza. They said oh we had it all together but don't know what happened to it so it's being remade. One job and it was failed miserably! I spent a heck of a lot of money here and from now on I'll be going to dominos.

Finally deciding to post because only about 10% of the time is there a good experience here. Ordered online last night and my order was ready on time but it was not made correctly, the pizza and breadsticks did not taste fresh, the marinara cup was not even halfway full, and the sauce and toppings on the pizza did not cover the pie all the way leaving a crust twice as wide as it should be. I don't know what the hell has happened to this pizza hut....
The last two times we've been here and ordered wings... it's like they just make whatever they want. Last time, a couple months ago... they were out the of traditional wings, on wing Wednesday. � So they brought out boneless and a totally different flavor. Went again tonight and we ordered some dry rub traditional wings. They bring out boneless. My family and friends have also had issues almost every time. Done with Newton Pizza Hut.
