we had to wait 40 min for our pizza after calling in the order, so by the time we got home it was cold. when I opened the box, if looked like a kindergartner cut the pizza. it will be a long time before we go back.

You suck!! Charged me a different amount than what I was told on the phone than driver called and I called and not even so much as an apology...manager blamed it on the driver who I tipped a few bucks by the way since this wasn’t his fault!! Lousy manager “Randi”

I rarely have a decent experience with this Pizza Hut but tonight was completely different. My delivery driver was such a gentleman & apologized genuinely for having trouble finding my house. I wish I had more cash on hand so I I could’ve tipped him more, not because of anything Pizza Hut did but because HIS kind service was very appreciated.
I ordered a pizza at 5:15 and now its 7:04 p.m. and I still don't have my detail this is becoming ridiculous I think you guys should fix this issue and I don't think I'll ordering again.. �

I am sitting inside eating pizza off the buffet. It is after the lunch crowd has left and they cannot put fresh pizzas on the buffet. Then they run out of cinnamon dessert and I have to ask the help that they are out. Sloppy business and not the way this Pizza Hut use to treat its customers. Don’t plan on coming back!
