While we have had many problems with this pizza hut, they always try to make it right.
Understaffed. Wait staff seated us, brought us our order of drinks and never saw her again for almost an hour as her and the other employee walked around making apologies to other guests and really not getting much done. I had to go hunt someone down to pay our bill.
My pizza tasted bad on christmas eve that i got from pizza hut. They need to do better if you want to keep in business. I like little Caesars or papa John's pizza.
We was seated around 12:25 and no pizza was put out on the buffet the whole time we was here. By 1 there was 5 different kinds of pizza all combined on 1 pan. Thank goodness for the salad bar.
Went in there tonight lady was,nice but we ordered pizza n wings. Got the wrong order n on top of that we only got half a pizza in each box...who does that...something needs to be done.....
This is our third try and we still received a terrible pizza. Doesn't anyone there care? All these one-star ratings should tell you something. I want to be a fan and I want you to succeed. I've emailed corporate. Hopefully, you can get someone to help you. This is sad to see. We're done.
Visiting my mom. Ordered from this pizza hut. Have not had any major problems with Newton pizza hut in all of the years I've been eating pizza hut. Was disgusted with my food this time. Pizza looked sloppily made & our dough in both pizzas was RAW, like eating snot. Cheese wasn't even fully melted. paid just to turn around and throw it away. Gross!! Very disappointed!
The Newton Pizza Hut has poor quality food which is evident in look and taste. We've been even more disappointed recently than before. It's pretty sad when you can't even get a decent plain cheese pizza. Our last wing order literally had almost no sauce and one of the wings ($1 each) was about as big as a grape. No more Newton Pizza Hut for us.
