I'm really surprised they stay in business with this level of incompetence. 1) They never gave me exercises to do at home, which I didn't realize was unusual until talking to my doctor later. No wonder it didn't seem to be helping! 2) They neglected to get approval from my insurance or verify the number of approved sessions (since they hadn't gotten ANY approved in the first place), which turned into a HUGE hassle later. 3) After charging me a co-pay on every visit and then sending me two bills a few months later, AN ENTIRE ... read more
My initial thought is lack in attention to detail of the administrative side. The paper work pack they emailed me was a scan of a copy of a copy of a copy........ it was poor condition scan off alignment and hard to read. I opted to go to the Springfield office to get a better copy. Much to my surprise, that one was no better. I offer a Hint.. make new originals, email originals and print originals to create the packs people need to fill out. Do not over-scan/copy to make more. Use the originals.
