RecommendedI had dry needling done today for first time. I was very impressed with Matt at Mechanicsville office and I can honestly say that I am hopeful for the first time in 2 years that relief is in near future with this! I also had 2 excellent receptionists that helped me I didnt have any issues like the ones I read thankfully.
Pivot Physical Therapy has helped me get my muscle tone and degrees of bending back in my knees after having double knee replacements in January. I never could have made it this far without their help and expertise. I have 6 more sessions to go. The staff are very friendly and will not hurt you. ❤️

I’ve had many rounds of physical therapy over the years. Some good, some bad. Pivot Physical Therapy (Jacksonville , NC) is by far the best I have been to. The staff is very professional and easy to work with. Dr Kelly did an excellent job of assessing what we could fix (some things are just broken for good), and developing a plan to get there. Pivot Physical Therapy in Strasburg Pa was able to eliminate my pain/discomfort of plantar fasciitis by designing an individual plan that included exercising, massage and stretching techniques in a compassionate environment. I would highly recommend this health facility.

Everyone at the Pivot on Buckeystown Pike in Frederick, MD are FANTASTIC! They are warm and welcoming. They listen and really work with you to personalize your treatment and goals.
