I thoroughly enjoyed the staff and would rate them a 5. Rating Billing is a completely different number. I would give them a 1 Rating. Impossible to understand the statements and NOTHING adds up to what should be a simple and straightforward billing. And don't be surprised if you're on hold for Billing listening to canned HOLD music for 2 hours only to have someone accept the line and immediately hang up!
If I could give 100 stars I would my daughter went here her hamstring was completely contracted and she had surgery on it we moved to Delaware to be with family and my daughter started pt her doctors didn’t think her leg was going get any better but it did her leg is almost straight she does pt and water therapy I highly recommend pivot they are incredible
Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs. A few minutes late and refused my appointment already gave paperwork claimed they lost it worst I have ever seen. Receptionist claimed she was the boss and refused to allow me my hour appointment. Avoid! Receptionist was rude and snippy! Avoid!
They taught me how to walk again and make me laugh every time I walk in
Their employee told me I needed to pay $xx each visit because that is how much I was responsible for, so I did. I just received a bill for almost $500...due immediately. If I had known what my cost would be, I would not have used their services. And I will never refer anyone to this business.
Although the therapist my daughter worked with did an adequate job, the BILLING has been insane. We received an statement that made it appear that we made very few payments. We were required to pay at each visit before she was even seen. Then we received a statement that showed that our insurance was billed $15, $25, or $40 per visit with our co-pay not reflected. After getting several recommendations for this office in Newport News , Virginia (J Clyde Morris Blvd); I made an appointment with them. (I first called another PT office, and got only voicemail. They took hours to return my call, after which I had already thankfully made an appointment at Pivot!) From the courteous and polite front desk staff to the professional, knowledgeable and cheerful back house staff, I was thoroughly pleased with my treatments and have made a lot of progress in just one week!
