Never in all my years of being the mommy to a fur baby have I experienced the care and compassion we received at PVSEC. Thank you for all your care and services you gave to our Border Collie Badger. And a huge thank you for the follow up call I just received to check in the family and offer support group counseling if needed. It's nice to know businesses still go above and beyond to be there for their clients. Sincerely, Lori McRae & family
We got in had our question ms answered and scheduled surgery for 2 weeks out to accommodate our schedules
the staff that work here are knowledgeable and have kind hearts. They seem to always know what is the problem for our fur babies.
They made a 13 year old dog with degenerative spine disease lay on the floor FOR TWO HOURS, shaking in pain, because he wasn’t considered an emergency case since his vitals were fine and they only had one vet on hand. I repeatedly asked to be seen and was told we’d be seen soon. We would have gone somewhere else but nobody else was open when we arrived. He died two days later after he couldn’t stand up anymore. Thanks for the “compassion.” His name was Henry. He was the greatest dog ever and he deserved better.
This place is amazing. Dr. Sepesy is awesome and really cares for her patients. we worked hard to turn around my diabetic boy and is doing great. can't say enough about the facilities, ICU team and doctors.
PVSEC has been there to care for our two dogs who were very ill. The expertise of all staff members is outstanding. The compassion and kindness of all staff and veterinarians is exceptional. They can run all kinds of tests to diagnose accurately your pet. I thank God for PVSEC.
With the help of Dr.Mackillop and staff I am confident Jäger will be seizure free in the near future.
We arrived at 3 Pm with Willie the cat. My moms cat hadn’t eaten in 5 days or drank in 2. Her vet could not figure it out. We had an awesome woman vet who gave us her best guess, and provided us options. She explained the costs involved. Very honest. She gave Willie fluids and anti nausea meds. We were out by 6 got home and Willie ran to his food dish. Thank you for helping my mom and Willie the cat❤️
Had my boxer there this evening and very sadly had to put him down. The vet and the staff were AMAZING and very caring. Even though my heart is breaking, I can’t thank them enough for everything they did!!!
