The staff is compassionate and thorough. Every step was fully explained, and the written report comprehensive. I might be out-of-touch with veterinary costs, as I took a deep breath when seeing my bill.

I took my dog into the ER because he was having episodes of not being able to breath properly. Long story short, it took 7 HOURS for them to do xrays and a blood draw. I ended up leaving with the vet telling me that she suspected a stomach blockage and give him some Benadryl for the weird sounds he was making. I can’t thank this staff enough, we recently had to put our dog down yesterday due to her stomach being flipped. It was early in the morning, we called in before arrival. A friendly man was waiting there for us and took our dog Sayge back instantly. Where they gave her pain meds and made her comfortable. We had to make a quick decision the vet, was informative and truly showed she cared. I wish I can remember everyone’s name but yesterday seems like a blur. I just want to thank you all.

My Yorkie, Maximillion, went to the hospital with dehydration and various unknown issues. He received top-notch care, & the doctors & staff were kind to us humans, too. He’s back home with us and his sister, Cupcake! Thank you, PVSEC!

Dr Miller and everyone else we dealt with for that matter, was wonderful. Yes we had to wait, we weren't the only pet parents in town in the midst of a crisis. But because our little Boston was an actively seizing epileptic they did her intake immediately and took her back for observation while a plan of action was formed. They didn't push anything on us we were informed and guided and the decisions were left up to us. No unnecessary treatment(s) were suggested/pushed or performed they even declined bloodwork as she'd just h... read more
