My dog Dash was brought to this facility in renal failure. All of the emergency veterinarians took very good care is him especially Dr Brown and then he was transferred to Dr Sepesy in Internal Medicine. Let me just say she is one amazing veterinarian and human being. She made a scary experience less scary and helped me get more time with my pet. Emergency wait is very long and they only have one doctor on staff
all about the money!!! I could not say goodbye to my dog because they needed paperwork and money!!! I hate this place
The staff were very helpful and caring when my puppy had eye surgery. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!
DR. ROXANNE in internal medicine has been BEYOND AMAZING !! Along with DR.Peterson.. I can’t even thank the both of you and the staff enough for how well everything has went for Stella ... all my questions are answered and everyone is so nice !! she was treated like a princess around the clock , visits were easy .. and Stella has had a 100% Turn around ! I am with a rescue group, Paws Across Pittsburgh and we have had several dogs be treated at PVSEC. They have been wonderful with our group. They are always professional, courteous, compassionate and very dedicated to doing what is best for the animals. I am very thankful to have them in our Pgh area!! Thank you PVSEC!!!!

The group came highly recommended by our vet. We felt reassured and confident when the specialist treated our dog for a serious issue. The doctor was knowledgeable and kind. We were very satisfied.
