I'm not sure if Sara Wesley is still an employee of yours , but if this organization supports hateful views like hers, I would get my care from absolutely anywhere else .
I am an EVS employee at Mercy, I am also an African-American man. I was appalled to find out that one of our nursing staff, Sara Wesley, is openly spreading racist remarks. This woman interacts with the Black community daily, if she is responsible for her care you can be sure she is not performing her duties when it comes to patients of color. Sara Wesley needs to be TERMINATED for her remarks. How are we to uphold quality and safety, when employees see some of their patients as inferior beings, and less deserving of compass... read more
