It could respond to a patient's REPEATED REQUESTS for another telephone/video appointment. In the midst of this horrific pandemic, how are senior citizens expected to risk their lives in packed waiting rooms just to have their prescriptions renewed??? I am referring to the 412 East Commons location. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

The service is horrible many of the staff are either allegedly racist and or allegedly incompetent bordering on emotionally unstable. They've numerous meetings which are catered by outside restaurants etc so less money for clients.

If i could give them a negative stars I would. This organization is pitiful and nasty as they come. All they care about is money. These people want people to be extremely dependant on services they don't provide. I know what really goes on down there so I am warning students and working people to not see them because they are dangerous and phony. They don't care about the mentally ill. They don't care about their patients at all. All the false advertising is just that. Its false. They try to look like they care but really thi... read more

Mercy Behavioral Health treats patients horribly. I am a full time student, work full time, and have a part time job just trying to survive. I was told I would have to take off work to be seen only for my appointment to be canceled. I am now out of medicine and can't function without my Prozac and no one is willing to see me at my scheduled time. I have a lot riding on being able to function. This is unacceptable and no one at Mercy Behavioral Health cares. Stay away from this practice at all costs!!!
