I think it is despicable that you have someone working in your facility referring to people of color as monkeys and suggesting hatred such as Sara Wesley. If you value your reputation she would not be apart of your team. It is very unfortunate that she has placed you all in such a horrible spot light.

To discover that one of your employees who is charged with patient care made such disgusting remarks is upsetting. It begs the question as to how many of your staff share this sentiment and have not provided quality care as a result. A notice of termination as well as an ethical review is much needed. At this point, sensitivity training would be mere rhetoric and more severe action needs to be taken.

There is an employee works here that is a racist and until she is removed I will not promote your establishment. Ad someone who says they stand for excellence I dont see how you missed such a huge flaw.
