I hope you will not just investigate but fire this employee, Sara Wesley for her disgusting comments against black people. It is clear from her words that she does not care about your black customers. If you do not fire her, you are sending a clear message that your business doesn't either.
Horrible if you keep this racist lady employed! This is not what you should stand for. Unless of course you feel the same way. If I could, I'd give you a zero.
I am appalled that someone who feels this way is working with the public. If she would post this on her page, it's obvious she's not shy about her feelings. Do these beliefs and attitudes towards people of color factor into the level of care she shows her patients? I can't imagine that the hate she displays on social media just disappears during work hours. In any case she's a poor reflection of your company and it's values.
Behavioral health facility ran by racists??? Go figure
People like Sara should not be working at your establishment. If she thinks this way about minority's then how will she treat them?
For this to be a facility that offers " behavior health " it's apparent this place does not do proper back ground check to hire a racist Sara Wesley to be apart of their staff. I doubt this facility will do anything as far as discipline or termination. I would advise any minority to reconsider this place until further action is made. Or to revamp on their last experience here and compare their stay with someone that is Caucasian.
