The staff is very friendly and courteous. They did a good job of explaining the need for the procedures, and the benefits provided by my dental insurance plan. The doctor also provided an explanation of what he was doing, and the need for the procedure. They were on schedule, which is always appreciated.

I was seen promptly and temporary measures were taken to protect my broken tooth until I could come back to have it fixed. On my return visit I was prepared for my crown promptly and without pain. The staff is friendly and courteous. The dentist is easy to work with and explains fully the answers to any questions I have. I would recommend Dr. Koren
Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Sachdev is terrific. I had work done in the past which left me with teeth that would always catch food. Two other dentists had looked at it, but were never able to correct the issue. Dr. Sachdev took the time to get it right. Even though there are many dentists closer to my home, I continue to go to Pittsboro Family Dentistry.
When I was a child, I remembered hearing my mother use the term, "crowning glory." I never knew what it meant till last week when Dr. Sachdev installed a new crown over an implant. Since my tooth was broken by a hygienist at my prior dentist's office who tried to vibrate off a small spike from a composite filling over four years ago, I have been struggling with this tooth.
