I was pleased with my reception and with the professional care which was taken in dealing with the diagnosis and, hopefully, the resolving of the problem.
I have previously written about how much I respect and appreciate Pittsboro Family Dentistry, the best dentist I ever met, Dr. Sachdev, the great staff there (including Jennifer, Amber, Myndy, Charlene and Angela), and how critical and comforting it is to have the right dentist, particularly as you go into your later years, but I failed to mention one more incredibly valuable benefit that Dr. Sachdev provides. Dr Sachdev saw me right away when I developed a painful tooth. He quickly saw my need and got me into to see a specialist within about an hour. Result was a root canal. Dr. Sachdev performed the next step which was a crown. He has now provided me with two crowns and both have done with expert technique and wonderful results with minimal discomfort. Thank you Dr. Sachdev.
Always a great experience to go to Pittsboro Family Dentistry. I was there for my six month cleaning and had a few fillings that needed replaced. They were able to get me in to replace those fillings the same day and I was able to get everything fixed.
I was very pleased with the service once again as I had great help from the staff checking me in to the hygienist Amber who took really good care of me to the doctor himself who thoroughly asked me heartfelt questions regarding my health & overall well being that was priceless!! He actually cared about what i was going thru which meant the world to me!! My daughter Camille visited friends near Philadelphia for Thanksgiving. During their main holiday dinner at the old grandparents up in Lancaster, the elderly patriarch called her over immediately, noticing something was different from a previous meeting. He said "You have an excellent dentist, those crowns are absolutely perfect." As it turns out he was an orthodontist during his professional life. Now he barely carries on a conversation. But he certainly made this point clearly and quickly.
Very satisfied customer. Staff is friendly and courteous.
