They gave me a last minute appointment, and worked late to make sure I was taken care of. What more could you ask.
I have been going to that office for several years. The doctor and his staff are as good as it gets.
Although this last visit was definitely a rough one, I have to say the staff continued to be professional and caring. They help each other and jump in where ever needed. Dr. S. is too cool, just don't talk to him about a job, his stuff comes true..:) Love ya Dr. S. I avoided Dentists for a long time, but I will go back, you guys make it not so bad even when it might be a bit rough. Thanks. Oh, and they call you the next day to make sure your ok, not too many do that.
Stopped by office on Friday afternoon to ask about an appointment and was given one for first thing Monday morning. the front desk set up account before I left. On Monday I was seen and given a plan for my care which included a filling. My insurance has a waiting period for me until January . At checkout they told me that the filling would be covered and asked if I wanted to set up an appointment or be fit in between others. I chose to be fit in .
