I really appreciate how nice the techs and the dentist are when working with me. Very reassuring, checking to make sure I'm okay, listening to what I'm saying.

I was recently fitted for a crown and it was as pleasant as such an experience could be. The staff always is concerned about how I am doing during any procedure.

I find myself in a quandary over whether to do all I can to keep something so precious and critical a secret or to sing much deserved praises to the public. Well, I guess I choose the latter as a gesture of respect, appreciation and friendship.
