I've always experienced great service, staff very helpful/cheerful, always asking after my well being during difficult procedures.
Once again Dr. S (don't know how to spell his name) has proven to be a man/dentist with integrity. I have dental issues and from day one he always put my health/well being before the almighty $ !!! He ALWAYS gives me options that are not necessarily the best financial choices for his business. In other words he doesn't just give me the most expensive option. Excellent care by Dr. Sachdev and his staff. Would recommend review of your appointment reminder system. Text messages, emails and phone calls are a bit much and could be reduced significantly. They are almost to the point of harassment.
I have been a patient of Rahul Sachdev's since the dental clinic opened seven years ago. The technical service is the equal of dentistry anywhere I have lived, and the sensitivity of Dr. Sachdev and the others on the staff makes it a joy to come their for dental needs. Seriously! A joy with dental service! They have always arranged service for me as quickly as possible, and when my wife, now deceased, went there in a wheelchair, they made special arrangements as needed to make the experience a good one for her.
