Great eye care, but the registration system needs work. Dr. Philpotts, Dr. Kisskadon & Dr Dena are the best!
The doctors and all support staff at St Luke's are amazing. Why did I mark them down? Well it took me being picked up at 6:15 AM, arriving at the facility at 7:00 AM. wait 2hrs hr to have someone bring me in for my "mini" physical. Told to go down stares to "start" my procedure. Check-in down stares. Told it would take about 40 minuets for my first station. 90 minutes later a nice young nurse came and got me, hurray starting my procedure, no she gave me a drop in my eye and told to wait about another 40 minuets. 2 hours late... read more
I have been to St Lukes a number of times and have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The doctors and specialist seem to be efficient and caring. This truly is a GREAT place. Friendly, competent staff. I am happy my doctor on the east coast of FL recommended I come to the best: St. Luke's Cataract & Laser Institute.
RecommendedVery clean, everything ran smoothly the only issue I had is the lady down stairs doing the drops in the patients eyes and putting yes above the eye didn’t seem to care for her job not personable seem to be a bother when I asked how my husband was doing because it has been over an hour since he went back, no smile no energy just a look like what do you want.
The staff was very helpful and caring from the time you entered the front door. It was a very long day. 7 hours from start to finish. I did have to be re-measured for the lenses and she the physician before I went down for pre -op. Hopefully next week it will be faster. The nurse called today the day after to check on me. I am very happy with Dr. Wipfli and his staff.
