RecommendedExcellent business plan. Extremely competent and knowledgeable staff. Outstanding medical staff with amazing skill. My doctors were Dr Gills and Dr Causey. If the doctors and staff meant to foster good, they nailed it! Nothing bad to say, not enough time to talk about the good. Amazing organization!

Why is St. Luke's chronically late with all appointments? Every single appointment my wife has been to, the office is running between 40 and 75 minutes behind. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If she showed up an hour late, you wouldn't take her for her appointment. Additionally, she has used sick time from work twice to go to appointments, only to sit there. She has been there an hour and twenty minutes and still hasn't been seen. Completely unacceptable!!!!
I developed cateracts in both eyes a year ago. St Luke's did my right eye last month and the other yesterday. I'm 55 and have worn glasses my whole life. From high blood sugar being diabetic caused this. I've gotten my sugar under control, average is 132 ! When I woke from the 1st surgery and saw my wife, all I could do was smile ! The colors and clarity was AMAZING ! And since yesterday's surgery, I don't need glasses or contacts any more !!! I feel so alive and energized !! went for a second opinion very impressed therefore I went to do my 1st eye wonderful I didn't feel anything I will go back for my second night on the 26th and I'm super impressed happy I wouldn't change it for the world this is the best place anyone can go the staff is wonderful everybody very very gentle I was nervous and they make me feel very comfortable believe me I'm very very happy if you're going to go anywhere please try this people first
They refuse to send the bill to my eye insurance. They are too greedy and wealthy to bother with any extra effort than collecting easy money from patients.
I worked there for 27years and loved the people, the patients and the wonderful "patient oriented" care that was given!! A great place to work and people to work with!!
