I recently had cataract surgery at the Tarpon Springs location. This organization is a finely tuned machine. All the people were professional, welcoming and guided you through the entire process. They explained everything in great detail. Even nicer, they picked you up and took you home at no charge. Would highly recommend this organization.
Horrible customer service. Called and was put on hold forever both times. Dont bother. They never answer their phone
Talking about a nightmare, just go to St. Luke Cataract and Laser Institute! Just ask how many glaucoma doctors they have and you get the picture. My glaucoma doctor, Dr. Gamero is excellent, but with only 2 doctors and thousands of patients there is no way they can spend the time to give you the care you deserve. I had cataract surgery done on both of my eyes by Dr. Jeffrey Wipfli, and he managed to messed both my eyes.
