Since 1753, The Pirate's House has been welcoming visitors to Savannah with a bounty of delicious food and drink and rousing good times. Situated a scant block from the Savannah River, The Pirate's House first opened as an inn for seafarers, and fast became a rendezvous for blood-thirsty pirates and sailors from the Seven Seas. Here seamen drank their grog and discoursed, sailor fashion, on their exotic high seas adventures from Singapore to Bombay and from London to Port Said.

We got the buffet & She Crab Soup!!! Both were fantastic!!!
My niece and I drove up from JAX to visit and eat there. Well worth it. The food was delish, our server was great. Enjoyed the experience!
I loved the crab soup! I was traveling alone and took the soup salad sandwich to go.
I got a Fried green tomatoes salad with bacon and plenty of spring mix lettuce. $9.95 delicious. My hubby ordered the shrimp n grits. Was ok. Shrimp was over cooked. $24.95 i ordered the Eye-Patch Skull mixed drink and got me a souvenier mug! Biscuits were the best i ever had but cornbread was even better! We ate at the bar because it was packed with people and kids! 9-3-17 was our anniversary dinner there. We enjoyed it. The waitress who is blonde and had a ponytail was great at customer service! Yesterday, would of been the third time i made my lunch choice at the pirate house. I thoroughly enjoy the buffet they have which comes with a desert. I thought the waiter could of been a little more enthusiastic but he did well. I enjoy the setting and location and story that the house has to say for itself.
The buffet was amazing, loved the green beans and mac n' cheese!! Great atmosphere!!
The food was great, cool place to visit and Tristan Carlson is a great server! Loved our visit there. Oh and they actually have parking for the restaurant, a BIG plus!
The food was good. The service was horrible. The waitress acted as if she was annoyed and to busy to do her job.
Amazing food and people with so much history to tell! I need to read Treasure Island again because it mentions this house.
