I have been coming to this campground since I was a little girl. This was the first time I brought my children here and stayed in a villa, the price was reasonable and the location was perfect. It was close enough to a bath house. Which was easier to use than the shower inside the villa. We were located near a lake. My kids had a blast at the morning camp and afternoon activities. Love Pirateland....but the customer service is poor all except the guards.The guards are friendly and in the golf cart convoy at night they really participate with the high fives. The campground store is almost dreadful to enter. It takes forever in line cashiers are sooooooooooo slow and grouchy! Also I noticed this time several bath houses had no toilet paper. With all the money spent per family....We shouldn't expect nothing but top notch service.
I love Pirateland! The convenience of tge beach is great! When we got here we didn’t have a picnic table, i called the office and within 20 minutes one was delivered. I think their customer service is wonderful. We decided to stay another day here.
Well we had a pleasant stay while we were there 4 days! No one messed with our stuff ! And we were all boxed in so wind didn't blow our awning away! Pools were very nice and not to crowded !! Only thing wish you were able to bring your own golf cart ! If you have insurance and permit think you should be able to! But we had a very nice time! Kids. Loved it !
A great family environment, arcade, grocery store on site with less than normal pricing. Pool, food and games of all types for my sons age group. Overall satisfied! Customer service was what I expected, good.
We have been coming to Pirateland for 30 plus years and it is our home away from home. Perfect for familes and single folks too. Lots to do, fun activities, and all around great campground.
