Our group rented 3 cabins for the week and the only complaint any of us really had was that the cabin floors were absolutely disgustingly filthy. We all ended up buying Swiffer wet mops from Walmart. Each pad on the Swiffer lasted for about 6 floor tiles before it was muddy-black. The countertops, refrigerator, and shower seemed pretty clean, but the floor must not be part of the cleaning schedule between campers. Also, the cabins were pretty outdated.
My campsite was directly across the street from the beach ! A beautiful spot to decompress after 10 days at Disney . The pool was beautiful and everything was great until someone came on to my campsite ( while we were in our camper ) and stole our double stroller . I reported this incident to the campground who kindly filled out an incident report and felt terrible ... All while apologizing ... But gave me no solution ... This double stroller was the means of transportation for my grand baby who broke her leg in Disney . So ... read more
The customer service is awful. I was forced to walk over a mile with my luggage because I told to surrender my golf cart at 6:15 in the morning. The guard took my cart, threatened a 75$ ticket, and refused to give me and my family a ride to our camper because I "gave him an attitude".
I enjoyed our stay camping there. Just have the patrol lighten up on people that have never been there before. There was one that was very rude!
Our family just returned home from another great week at Pirateland. This was our third time staying here. Everything was great, bathrooms were very clean and we had a great camp site. Thank you for another great vacation. We look forward to returning very soon.
Feels like a place on its own! Great place for kids, indoor and outdoor pool, mini golf , beach close by so much more! Definitely coming back.
