We have been regulars at Pirateland for the last 30+ years, have been to other campgrounds in Myrtle Beach and I really think it depends on your needs, Staff have always been kind even during an evacuation and were great with trying to make everyone whole when we got back. Yes some of the newer sites are smaller but we have a 40' motor home and our friends have a 42' and we fit fine. Electricity is 👍 no problems there. We visited during the summer when our son was small, but now prefer Fall. ❤️ ❤️❤️ Pirateland
We've enjoyed Pirateland for several years now. We always have fun and love the people. Last week the weather was perfect, can't wait to come back. �
Been coming for 20 some years love it every time we come . Always have a great time with no problems . Hope to come for another 20 or more years . Also hope all that didn't like it won't be back cause they are crowing it up for all of us that has been coming for years & actually enjoy it !!
I used to come here every year with my parents as a kid and always had a blast. This year I decided to bring my own family and enjoy everything pirateland has to offer. I still love it but we have had a battle this year with ants and roaches from the moment we arrived..ants went away and I thought the roaches wouldnt make it in the villa but we found one in the shower tonight. My husband and I have been camping at Pirateland for the past 3 years. We love it.Yes the road is a little narrow but so what. We have always had friendly neighbors. We camped at Ocean Lakes 1 time and got hit. There sites way to small. Will never go back. It's good for people who just wanna relax and kick back.
We just left from our 10 day stay. We love Pirateland and have been coming here for years. Everyone is very friendly. See you next year!
