I have used OneStop a few times and definitely recommend them! They show up quickly and are fair in pricing! I have an elderly mother who is on a fixed income and they have taken great care of her.. before OneStop she needed a plumber for a clogged drain and I called the smell “good” plumbers thinking it would cost 99.00! They quoted $750.00 to fix her clog 🤬 I called OneStop and was charged $250.00.. We are customers for life!
They are honest and fair priced. Conrad was on time and very thorough on the work he did. Also the girls in the office were very nice, and we had same day service for a blown water heater. I would highly recommend one stop plumbers to anyone. I paid the same price I got quoted over the phone no surprise up charges like other places
I found Onestop as a referral on another social media site. I called them first thing on a Monday morning, desperately needing a new water heater installed ASAP. The friendly person who answered my call said the tech would arrive between 10-12:00 & provided me with a quote (which was the amount we were planning on paying)! One Stop plumbers are the best they came out on Christmas Eve with the slab leak and worked all day so I would have water for Christmas. this is the second time I've used them and I'll use an every single time I have a plumbing problem they are the best.
A week before Christmas and the water heater not working! After calling several places (that couldn’t get here for several days), I found Onestop. They were here within a few hours and I had hot water again the same day. Many thanks to Michael for his courteous and very professional job!
I was impressed of a the knowledge of my technician, In 2 minutes he knew what was going on, Sometimes it's not about money, it's about and knowledge, I had 3 estimates before they came in and nobody told me about this 2 pipes that they were leaking but there was not necessary to keeps those pipes because they were installed long time ago for a water softener, that was removed, He was the only one who told me about it, the other technician they were just looking and looking and they couldn't figure it out, they were charging... read more
