Called for emergency service on Saturday, July 6th for emergency repairs to a hose on the water heater THEY installed 60 days ago. We advised we have a baby in the house and needed repairs immediately. It took 3 visits over 3 days to get a HOSE replaced properly... Finally got ahold of a supervisor, who figured out that they failed to properly put on the hose and didnt clear the system. All he told us was Oops. UNACCEPTABLE. One stop plumbing was a great experience. They came out the same day I called. Had three leaking faucets. Took short time for Mike to replace and solder the new fixtures. He was on time and very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for a great job.
