Everyone is the best. I am often asked by family and friends why I go so far to the dentist when there are good ones right here in Holyoke and its because everyone makes me comfortable. Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing but it is so much better at Pioneer Valley, all staff and Dr. Ziemba are the best.
Wish I could have some sort of numbing substance for work on exposed roots
Gina is great. So is Stephanie and Bonnie always feel very welcome
Dr. Ziemba and Yana were excellent. PVDA was able to accomodate me on short notice, after chipping a front tooth over the weekend. All around, this was a great dental visit!
My hygienist is always personable. She does a great job.

Everything about your practice gets high praise from me. Your dental/medical care is outstanding, but also as important to me are the non-tangibles...professional appearance (love the color coordination), friendly (but not too gushy) demeanor, and efficient (like the email reminders) office practices. Keep up the good work....and my old teeth healthy!
