I have been a patient of Dr Evans since 1992 and I have never been dissapointed. And Dawn has always taken care of my dental hygiene and is always a pleasure to see every 6 months.

My family & I having been coming to Dr. Evans & Dr. Ziemba for many years & have been very happy with our Dental Providers. Also my family & I have referred many individuals to this practice, as I would only do this, because of their knowledge, continuing education, wonderful, caring & friendly staff members & Doctors, which makes you feel at home & comfortable.
