Everyone was very friendly!
Everyone knows their job, works as a team, and are friendly to the patients simply because that is who they are. They took what I thought to be a serious problem and solved it with ease. Can't think of anything to change because it works well as is.
Nothing major, it was a little cold outside so the temperature inside could have been just a touch bit warmer.
