There have been times in the past when one of your receptionists has been inpatient and short. Maybe overwhelmed? Other than those few times, I am happy with everything else and many of the staff are very friendly.

Everyone is always friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't change a thing.
Everyone is pleasant and friendly. I had to go to work after my appointment and Kathy was prompt and courteous. I always enjoy talking to her. She carefully explains all her findings and then Dr Ziemba reinforced everything she had said when he came in to check me.
Can't say I look forward to going to the dentist, but this visit was fine.
As always, the office is so friendly while still holding to the highest standards of professionalism. My smile is very happy when I leave!
