STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND EDUCATED AT THEIR TASK.
Everyone is always helpful and kind.
Had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Dr. Ziemba takes his time and makes very sure you are comfortable and at ease before any procedures begins.
#5 - I had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to the desk. Hardly worth worrying about. You have an excellent practice!
Have been a patient a long time.
In my adult life, I've seldom gone to the dentist for routine care, but plan to start now. I was impressed with the care and competency of everyone I met, and was made comfortable during an emergency filling. I'll be returning to PVDA for sure.
I will be less anxious for my next visit
Everyone is the best. I am often asked by family and friends why I go so far to the dentist when there are good ones right here in Holyoke and its because everyone makes me comfortable. Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing but it is so much better at Pioneer Valley, all staff and Dr. Ziemba are the best.
