The staff at Pioneer Valley Dental Arts are welcoming and friendly. Dr. Ziemba is extremely competent and explains procedures in layman's terms. I feel completely confident in the dental treatment I receive there.
Stephanie was extremely helpful and pleasant; she went above and beyond helping me with my insurance information. Dr. Ziemba and Chelsea were also really great and overall I was very satisfied with my first visit.
Since moving from our old dentist been very pleased with this organization.
Appointments are always timely and service excellent.

Dawn is an asset to the practice and was wonderful with my son, now 4. She has a great touch with kids.
I was provided excellent care, with a dose of extreme kindness, by Hygienist Kathy Couceiro & Dr. Evans. They made what I thought might be a problem, into no problem at all! Thank you to both!
