This is the best place around for family and friends, as well as group events. The staff is friendly and professional, manager Carla is amazing and always on top of it.
Went on Friday night for some drinks and bowling. Wings were bomb and the staff was nice and made sure to stop by often and see if I needed anything. Will be going again soon.
Pins n Pockets is by far the best bowling alley around. The staff goes above and beyond! Rodrigo at the front desk is very helpful, the bartender Devon is dope, and the manager Carla is the hardest worker here. With out this amazing staff, this place would not run as smoothly as it does!!
This is defiantly the spot in Elsinore!!! The new bar is where it's at and the pool tables are always a good time!! If your new to the area hop in and ask for Carla for pricing. She hooked it up with groupon and it was cheap!
The facility is awesome. The staff is friendly although sometimes understaffed in the food service area on the lanes. Front counter has been very helpful. The bowling is priced right. The only down side I see is the food and beverage while good is very pricey. Especially the $6 pitchers of Soda and $14 pitchers of COORS LIGHT. Lastly - no candy or candy machine. Which could be easily fixed if they wanted. Best overall bowling alley around, in my opinion.

Been here about 6 times now playing pool. The tables are new but play slow. The service is always terrible. It's not really the bartenders fault. The room is just to big for one person to handle and most everyone working here could use training. The music is always to loud and not really compatible with a sports bar setting. They spent a lot of money on this place to have it NOT worker friendly. They are in real bad need of a food and beverage manager that has some clue how to run this establishment! Did an impromptu bowling party for my daughter's birthday. I have to say, the staff was phenomenal today, especially Christian and Carla. My daughter said it was her best birthday ever!! Thank you guys for helping make my daughter's day so special!!
